Summary:

In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The role also entails supporting organizational transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives. Collaboration across multiple teams and continuous engagement with business units to ensure alignment with evolving objectives are key aspects of daily activities.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.

- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.

- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and translate requirements into effective technology solutions.

- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise resource planning systems within complex organizational environments.

- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that support strategic decision-making and project justification.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Capability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.

- This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
