Work Profile

Lead and manage multiple consulting engagements for Government and Public Sector clients in the renewable energy sector.

Provide PMU support for large-scale renewable energy and energy transition programs, ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

Conduct policy, regulatory, market, and data analytics to support informed decision-making and the implementation of renewable energy initiatives.

Develop policy papers, analytical reports, regulatory assessments, implementation frameworks, and strategic recommendations for government clients.

Coordinate with Central and State Government departments, regulatory authorities, public sector enterprises, utilities, industry stakeholders, and development partners to facilitate project implementation.

Design and implement project governance frameworks, monitoring mechanisms, performance dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and quality to ensure successful delivery of client engagements.

Lead client interactions, facilitate workshops, and present findings and recommendations to senior government officials and executive stakeholders.

Mentor and develop consulting teams by providing technical guidance, project oversight, and performance coaching.

Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, developing client presentations, and supporting practice growth initiatives.

Stay abreast of emerging trends, policy developments, regulatory reforms, and technological advancements in the renewable energy sector.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

1-2 years of relevant experience in management consulting, government advisory, renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or public policy.

Demonstrated experience in managing PMU assignments and multi-stakeholder government consulting engagements.

Strong understanding of renewable energy policies, power sector regulations, electricity markets, and clean energy transition initiatives.

Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.

Experience in policy analysis, regulatory advisory, and data-driven decision-making.

Proven project management and team leadership experience.

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau, and project management tools.
