Your Role

Manage and support enterprise print infrastructure across multiple business locations, ensuring high availability, performance, and service excellence.

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network printers, print servers, print queues, and Windows-based printing services.

Oversee printer fleet operations, including device provisioning, deployment, maintenance, and optimization.

Manage hardware lifecycle activities such as asset onboarding, refresh, upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning.

Perform hardware testing, validation, and compatibility assessments for printers, drivers, firmware, and related devices.

Serve as the primary point of contact for print infrastructure-related communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Role

6 to 10 years of experience in Print Infrastructure Management, End User Computing (EUC), or Device Management environments.

Experience with Triumph-Adler printers and AQrate print management solutions is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of enterprise print device management, monitoring, and support using Triumph-Adler and AQrate platforms.

Strong expertise in Windows Operating Systems, Print Servers, Printer Management, and Print Queue Administration.

Experience in managing enterprise printer fleets and print infrastructure across distributed environments.

Solid understanding of Hardware Lifecycle Management, including asset deployment, refresh, maintenance, and decommissioning.
