Your work profile

Lead functional discovery and workshops for order management processes, rules, and integrations.

Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.

Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities applicable to the future OMS model.

Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies.

Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria.

Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Mentor junior BAs and support readiness of business SMEs.

Key skills required

Implement and support SAP CO module (Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis – CO-PA)

Configure and maintain organizational structures, cost centers, profit centers, and controlling areas

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

Integrate SAP CO with other modules such as FI, MM, SD, and PP

Perform cost allocations, assessments, and settlements

Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Develop and enhance financial reports and dashboards

Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues

Participate in system testing, upgrades, and deployments

Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field

3–12 years of SAP CO experience (depending on level)

Strong experience in:

Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

Internal Orders (IO)

Product Costing (PC)

Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

Good understanding of SAP FI integration

Experience in configuration and customization of CO processes

Exposure to S/4HANA Finance (preferred)

Preferred Skills

Experience in S/4HANA (Margin Analysis / Account-based CO-PA)

Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for Controlling

Experience with SAP BW/BI or reporting tools

Basic ABAP debugging knowledge

Familiarity with SAP BTP or SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)

Nice to Have

SAP CO or S/4HANA Finance certification

Experience in full lifecycle implementations (End-to-End)

·      CA / MBA- Finance/ Cost Accountants

·      Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.

Base location: Noida

This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
