Summary:

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the system or application. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality by utilizing excellent communication to ensure the smooth operation of advanced systems. Throughout the day, the practitioner identifies client issues with precision and crafts effective solutions by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of the product. This position requires attentiveness to client needs and a commitment to sustaining system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and client satisfaction.

- Document and communicate issue resolutions and best practices to support continuous improvement.

- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to build overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations.

- Strong troubleshooting skills related to network and application issues within SD-WAN environments.

- Ability to analyze system logs and client reports to diagnose and resolve complex problems.

- Experience with monitoring tools and performance metrics to ensure system health and availability.

- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams clearly and professionally.

- Capability to adapt to evolving technologies and contribute to process enhancements.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SD-WAN Operations.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
