Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Monitor database performance and implement necessary optimizations to ensure high availability and reliability.

- Maintain database security by managing user access and permissions in accordance with organizational policies.

- Document database configurations, procedures, and changes to support knowledge sharing and compliance.

- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).

- Experience in database backup and recovery techniques to safeguard data integrity.

- Knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization strategies.

- Familiarity with database security best practices and user management.

- Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.

- Experience with database monitoring tools and automation of routine tasks.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).

- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
