Your Work Profile

Lead the design and delivery of large-scale data engineering solutions on Google Cloud Platform

Define architecture and engineering standards for cloud-based data platforms

Drive implementation of enterprise data pipelines using BigQuery, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Python, and Spark

Oversee development, optimization, and governance of data processing frameworks

Partner with business stakeholders and clients to define data strategies and transformation roadmaps

Manage end-to-end project delivery, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication

Drive performance optimization, cloud cost efficiency, and operational excellence initiatives

Lead and mentor engineering teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance requirements

Key Skills & Competencies

7 to 10 years strong experience leading data engineering initiatives on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Extensive expertise in BigQuery, Cloud Composer, and Dataproc

Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and PL/SQL

Strong hands-on experience with Spark/PySpark and large-scale data processing

Experience architecting and delivering enterprise data platforms

Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, governance, and operational best practices

Experience managing technical teams and complex project deliveries

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Experience with Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Looker, or Vertex AI

Knowledge of modern Data Lake and Lakehouse architectures

Exposure to DevOps, DataOps, and CI/CD frameworks

Experience with cloud migration and modernization programs

Understanding of AI/ML data engineering ecosystems

Experience in solution estimation, proposal development, and client engagement activities

Preferred Qualifications

Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc.

Experience: 7–10 years in Data Engineering leadership roles.
