Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Lead with a strong focus on Agentic AI development and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting production-scale distributed applications and implementing infrastructure as code using AWS technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of observability tools and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of Agentic AI applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

Implement and maintain SRE practices to enhance system reliability, availability, and performance.

Utilize AWS services and tools, including CloudFormation and AWS SDK, to manage infrastructure as code.

Monitor application performance and reliability using observability tools such as Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and Prometheus.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in AI development, cloud computing, and SRE.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven expertise in Agentic AI development.

Strong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure management.

Experience with SRE practices and methodologies.

Proficiency in infrastructure as code using CloudFormation or AWS SDK.

Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and Prometheus.

Preferred Skills:

Professional level certification in Agentic AI development.

AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).

Familiarity with container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to lead software development projects and teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
