Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Full-stack Developer to join our dynamic team as a Delivery Module Lead. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Java and AWS, with a particular emphasis on PostgreSQL database management and DBA-like skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage serverless architectures and implement robust unit testing practices. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and AWS technologies.

Implement and manage PostgreSQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Utilize ROSA Messaging (MQ & other) for effective communication between services.

Develop serverless applications and microservices to enhance system efficiency.

Conduct unit testing and ensure code quality through best practices and automated testing frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Mandatory Skills:

Proficient in Java programming language.

Strong experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.

Expertise in PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and administration.

Familiarity with ROSA Messaging (MQ & other) for message-driven architectures.

Experience in developing serverless applications.

Solid understanding of unit testing methodologies and frameworks.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
