Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a craft-focused Copywriter / Content Writer with 3-5 years of experience in both long-form and short-form content creation. This role requires a self-starter who can take complete ownership of projects, from concept to delivery, while collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients.

Conceptualise and write compelling copy across formats - long-form articles, short-form content, presentations, website content, and campaigns

Develop and structure detailed presentations and pitch decks

Execute content for campaigns, with a focus on craft and clarity

Collaborate closely with designers, account management teams, and clients

Participate in ideation and contribute to creative strategy

Ensure high-quality editing and refinement of content before delivery

Manage internal and client-facing communication materials

Deliver high-quality work with quick turnaround times

Work with minimal supervision and drive end-to-end execution

Own projects independently with accountability for outcomes

Flexible enough to work from client office locations as required

Skills and Qualifications

Strong writing and editing skills with a proven portfolio across formats

Experience in campaign ideation and execution

Proficient in using AI tools to enhance productivity and content development

Clear understanding of how to implement AI tools in day-to-day writing tasks

Excellent communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Comfortable working on both internal and external communication requirements

Base location: Mumbai  

Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
