Key Responsibilities:

A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design craft, a sharp eye for visual detail, and command of fundamentals like typography, composition, color, and hierarchy.

Ability to work quickly without compromising creative quality.

Hands-on experience with generative AI creative tools (Firefly, GenStudio, Midjourney, Runway, or comparable platforms).

Fluency in Adobe Creative and Marketing Technology, including the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

An AI-first mindset and genuine excitement about how generative tools are reshaping creative production.

Customer-facing or client-facing experience, with the ability to present work and partner directly with stakeholders.

Strong communication skills across creative, business, and technical audiences.

A high bar for quality and a sense of ownership over the work that goes out the door.

Experience producing creative at volume, including variant production, brand systems, and multi-channel delivery.

Background in performance marketing, digital advertising, or activation-focused creative work.

Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.

5+ years of design experience in agency, in-house, or production studio environments who can Execute Customer Campaigns, Partner with Customers and bring an AI-First Mindset

Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
