Your work profile

Lead Oracle Fusion Financials workstreams across modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM

Manage end-to-end delivery activities including requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment

Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards

Identify delivery risks and issues, escalate appropriately, and drive timely resolution

Support release planning, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization

Key skills required

3–10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud Applications

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)

Experience leading Finance workstreams and managing delivery teams

Strong understanding of delivery lifecycle, testing, and deployment processes

Experience working in a global delivery or offshore model
