• Set strategic direction for the assigned work area in alignment with business strategy and technology standards and provide thought leadership in the development of an enterprise strategic IT plan.

• Maintain a high level of awareness and understanding of existing and emerging technologies, as well as industry trends and challenges, to effectively align solutions.

• Lead and direct the design, engineering, implementation, and support of application software solutions in support of enterprise objectives, including decisions on build vs. buy, internal vs. external resources, and cloud adoption strategies.
