5–9 years of overall IT experience with 2+ years as a Scrum Master.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery.

Proven experience in client/stakeholder management.

Experience in reporting, metrics tracking, and dashboards.

Familiarity with Agile tools:

JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally

Strong understanding of SDLC and project management principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).

Knowledge of project management tools and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel dashboards).

Background in technical roles (developer/tester/BA) is a plus
