We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in AeroEngine and Gas Turbine manufacturing, CNC programming, and NX CAM. This role focuses on producibility, quality assurance, and advanced manufacturing processes for aerospace components.

Manage concession, non-conformance, quality notifications, and MRB (Material Review Board) activities for Rolls-Royce Programs.

Ensure compliance with APQP, PPAP, FAIR, and zero-defect manufacturing standards.

Conduct supplier audits and improve process capability through advanced manufacturing techniques.

CNC Programming (G-code, toolpath optimization)

CMM Programming and inspection techniques

NX CAM, VERICUT, Post Processor, Post Builder

CAD/CAM proficiency (CATIA V5, SolidWorks)

Blueprint interpretation, GD&T, Tolerance Stack-up

Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FAIR, CAPP

Familiarity with Pratt & Whitney Gas Turbine design and manufacturing standards (Rolls-Royce or Pratt and Whitney)

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Process Capability Analysis

Exposure to Supplier Quality Audits and Zero-Defect initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

Experience: 5–14 years in aerospace manufacturing or precision engineering roles.

Hands-on experience in Gas Turbine / AeroEngine manufacturing, CNC/CMM programming, and process planning.

Certifications in NX CAM, Lean Six Sigma, or AS9100 standards are a plus.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
