As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role includes guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position requires ensuring that development standards are maintained, and that the software solutions meet business goals in terms of scalability, performance, and quality. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational objectives is a key aspect of the daily routine, fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.

- Monitor project progress and implement best practices to optimize development processes.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote a collaborative work environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.

- Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks related to SAP UI5.

- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and responsive design.

- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

- Familiarity with integration of SAP UI5 applications with backend services.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
