• Implement and support SAP Trade Management 4.0+, including technical design and enhancements.

• Develop and customize SAP CRM WebUI components using BOL/GenIL frameworks.

• Analyze business requirements and design/architect solutions for technical gaps in Trade Management.

• Manage CRM–S/4HANA and CRM–BI integration scenarios, including monitoring queues and loads.

• Perform CRM ABAP development using ABAP OO, BAdIs, Enhancements, and One Order Framework.

• Support CRM core modules including Sales, Service, and Marketing frameworks.

• Handle technical objects such as Reports, Actions, Status Mgmt, Interfaces, IDocs, Smart Forms, and Transaction Launcher.

• Collaborate with functional, BI, and S/4 teams to ensure end-to-end delivery and provide documentation & KT.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Trade Management (TM) 4.0 or higher).

• Expertise in CRM WebUI programming, configuration, and BOL/GenIL.

• Deep knowledge of CRM Middleware, including initial/delta loads, queue monitoring, and debugging.

• Proficiency in CRM ABAP including OO, BAdIs, Enhancements, BAPIs, and FM usage.

• Understanding of One Order Framework, Marketing CGPL framework, and CRM TM tables.

• Knowledge of CRM to BI and CRM to S/4HANA integration processes.

• Exposure to UI5 enhancements in Trade Management and RICEFW objects.

• Experience with Web Services, interfaces, transaction launcher, and CRM debugging tools.
