As a Decision Science Practitioner, a typical day involves applying deep domain and industry knowledge to create and implement artificial intelligence driven decision-making frameworks and models that support and enhance business outcomes. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving business challenges, translating complex data insights into actionable strategies, and ensuring that the solutions developed align with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration across various teams to foster innovation and drive impactful results.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the development and refinement of decision science methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

- Mentor junior team members to build their capabilities and support their professional growth.

- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful business insights.

- Experience in designing and implementing AI-based decision-making frameworks.

- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
