Summary:

As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves engaging closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. The role focuses on understanding existing data structures and collaborating to design and refine data models that support both current and future business needs. This position requires continuous interaction and alignment with multiple teams to ensure that data models are accurate, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals, fostering a collaborative environment to drive data-driven decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead efforts to ensure data models meet business requirements and technical standards.

- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify data needs and constraints.

- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices in data modeling.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Graph Databases.

- Experience in designing and implementing complex data models using graph database technologies.

- Strong understanding of data relationships, schema design, and query optimization within graph database environments.

- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into effective data models.

- Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools relevant to graph databases.

- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and integrity.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Graph Databases.

- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
