Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing advanced applications and systems that integrate artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the entire application pipeline, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer actively incorporates generative artificial intelligence models into projects and explores various domains such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbot development, and image processing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency in AI-driven initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the integration of generative artificial intelligence models into existing and new systems to enhance functionality and user experience.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support continuous learning and professional growth.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI solutions with business objectives and technical requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.

- Experience in designing intuitive and user-centered interfaces that enhance interaction with AI-driven applications.

- Strong understanding of cloud AI services and their application in scalable system architectures.

- Familiarity with AI model deployment pipelines, including both cloud and on-premises environments.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to translate complex AI concepts into practical user experiences.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
