Job description 

A Pega Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing applications using the Pega platform 

Experience : 2 - 6 years 

The following are the key responsibilities of a Pega Developer: 

Participate in requirements gathering and analysis to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions 

Design, build, and maintain high-quality Pega applications 

Debug and troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions 

Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget 

Ensure application performance, scalability, and security 

Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and advancements 

The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in Pega PRPC and a strong understanding of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are also important 

Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, and system integration skills. 

Proven track record in Pega implementation with a focus on BPM (Business Process Management). 

Experience with various Pega features and rules such as Flows, Activities, User Interfaces, Flow Actions, Agents, SLAs, Correspondence, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, PRPC security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors, and SOAP services. 

Comprehensive understanding of the full PRPC implementation cycle, including enterprise class structure and rule sets design. 

Pega CSA certification is a must
