Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet specific business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.

- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.

- Strong experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP programming language.

- Ability to design and implement complex business logic and workflows within the SAP environment.

- Familiarity with cloud-based development and deployment models specific to SAP solutions.

- Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing SAP ABAP code for efficient execution.

- Knowledge of integration techniques between SAP and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.

- This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
