Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management.

- Strong knowledge of credit management processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.

- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FSCM modules to meet specific business requirements.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to credit management applications.

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in the context of SAP implementations.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management.

- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
