Role Overview

We are looking for a Associate to drive growth, transformation, and long-term value for our Products clients in India. You will be part of the research and delivery pertaining to the same.

Key Responsibilities

 Client Value Creation

Develop a deep understanding of client business priorities, leadership agenda, and industry trends

Analyze client data to surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities

Ensure timely delivery & seamless execution

Relationship Management

Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client stakeholders through an in-depth understanding of the client as well as industry in the sector

Ability to articulate value proposition and be an Ambassador of Accenture

Leverage internal networks to bring the best of Accenture to each client

Required

2 years of relevant experience in the Consumer Goods & Services or allied industries, with strong knowledge of digital and technology trends

Proven ability to develop strategic perspectives using financial, primary, and secondary analysis

Cross-functional understanding of industry operational dynamics

Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships

Ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Preferred

2 years of consulting experience

Domestic consulting experience in India

Education

MBA or PGDM from a premier institute
