Summary:

As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and effective quality engineering framework. You focus on integrating advanced quality processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance control, precision, and data integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. Your role involves driving the adoption of forward-thinking and intelligent testing strategies that leverage automation and innovative solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and reliability in software quality delivery. Collaboration and leadership are central as you guide efforts to transform testing into a proactive and predictive discipline.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead initiatives to implement innovative testing tools and automation frameworks that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with overall project goals and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.

- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.

- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.

- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop predictive testing models to improve test coverage and defect detection.

- Familiarity with quality engineering best practices and methodologies to drive process improvements.

- Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Mendix.

- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
