Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly assessing the current business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to support strategic planning and decision-making.

- Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities to ensure seamless integration and value delivery.

- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth and contribution.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).

- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Experience in developing business cases and supporting transformation initiatives.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

- Skilled in designing operating models that align with organizational strategy.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).

- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
