We are seeking an experienced Team Lead / Senior Technical Lead with 12+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade Java applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, GraphQL, REST APIs, Cassandra, MongoDB, and distributed systems. The candidate will lead engineering teams, drive technical architecture, mentor developers, and deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineering teams of 6–12 developers.

Drive end-to-end software delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

Architect cloud-native applications deployed on Kubernetes.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

Design and implement distributed systems with high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.

Build secure applications using OAuth2, JWT, API Gateway, and enterprise security standards.

Develop event-driven and asynchronous applications using JMS/ActiveMQ.

Optimize database performance for Cassandra, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and AWS RDS.

Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments through Kubernetes.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

Perform code reviews, technical design reviews, and production issue resolution.

Collaborate with architects, DevOps, QA, and Product Owners for successful project delivery.

Monitor production systems using Datadog and SonarQube.

Participate in release planning, sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap discussions.

Drive modernization initiatives including migration from monolithic applications to Microservices.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security compliance, and performance best practices.
