Your Role

Lead design and development of scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture

Own and drive end-to-end system architecture, including design decisions, trade-offs, and governance

Lead legacy modernization and transformation initiatives, including cloud migration and re-architecture programs

Maintain strong hands-on involvement in coding, including code reviews, refactoring, debugging, and performance optimization

Integrate Generative AI capabilities across the SDLC (design, development, testing, and code review)

Design and implement enterprise-grade GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs and AI frameworks

Build AI-native systems using RAG, vector databases, agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel)

Establish reusable patterns and architectures for GenAI adoption beyond tools like Copilot

Define and enforce enterprise guardrails, including security, responsible AI, observability, and DevOps practices

Drive engineering excellence and standardization across teams

Mentor developers and architects, enabling organization-wide adoption of AI and modern engineering practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Your Profile

Strong hands-on experience with Java (Java 11+)

Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security

Microservices and distributed systems

REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2/JWT

Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI frameworks

RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search, etc.)

Prompt engineering and AI workflow design

Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and model limitations

Cloud platforms: AWS Or Azure
