Your Role

Administer and optimize Dynatrace SaaS/Managed environments, including OneAgents, ActiveGates, and Extensions. Implement monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and integrations to deliver end-to-end observability across applications, infrastructure, and networks.

Configure and manage network monitoring using SNMP and Dynatrace capabilities. Integrate Cisco DNA Center (Cisco Catalyst Center) with Dynatrace to enhance network visibility, performance monitoring, and root-cause analysis. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, and network teams to ensure reliable monitoring and proactive incident management.

Your Profile

4 to 6 years of experience in Dynatrace Administration and Enterprise Monitoring.

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS and/or Managed environments.

Strong expertise in OneAgents, ActiveGates, Dynatrace Extensions, dashboards, alerting, and integrations.

Experience with Network Monitoring, SNMP, TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Switching, and Cisco DNA Center/Cisco Catalyst Center.

Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, VMware, Linux, and Windows environments.

Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, REST APIs, and monitoring automation.

Experience with ITSM integrations such as ServiceNow and monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana, Elastic, Prometheus, SolarWinds, or ThousandEyes.

Relevant Dynatrace and Cisco certifications are preferred.
