Job Description

Responsibilities

Research and analysis of Engineering data (3D CAD)

Develop digital repair & maintenance methods

Evaluate & develop repair concepts in EC (via Work-Step-Table “AST”)

Document repair methods in the database

Derive Standard Times via MTM-Systematic (AW: repair time for workshops)

Develop thorough understanding of the various carlines & engine types in MBC

Co-ordinate with different departments for updates on the above

Contribute to continuous improvement in the specified working area

Research and analysis of Daimler AW-System based on MTM-Systematic

Planning of the AW-System for new car-models in DC-Repa (Daimler AW-Tool)

Requisites

Some experience in the field of Workshop/After Sales/technical documentation/ simulation/publication is helpful

Good knowledge on automotive components/systems and its functioning is must

Experience in repairs & maintenance of cars

Knowledge in Powertrain/ Vehicle Integration related to MBC

Experience in NX CAD

Experience in any Engineering Change Management system

Experience in any PLM software

Knowledge in computer programming & German language are added advantages

Knowhow of the key aftersales processes
