Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of various activities aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a specific business function from start to finish. This includes working closely with stakeholders to analyze current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing or redesigning workflows to optimize efficiency. The role also entails defining organizational components related to the function, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives, and facilitating smooth transitions during implementation phases. Collaboration and continuous evaluation are key aspects throughout the day to drive successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process gaps and recommend actionable improvements within the business function.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and effective implementation of business process changes.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their understanding and performance.

- S2C Skill required.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis and design principles related to procurement and supply chain functions.
- Experience in managing end-to-end implementation activities within complex organizational environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and decision-making.
- Skilled in identifying operational inefficiencies and proposing practical solutions to enhance business function performance.
- Competence in utilizing tools and methodologies for process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement.
