Tech aspects like idocs, user exits, BADI's workflow 

Integration with SD and MM 

Basic knowledge to controlling - COPA, PCA, CCA

Good communication skills interpersonal skills

Analyze,design,configuration , test, implement SAP Solutions to meet business requirement
