Your work profile

Implement, configure, and support IBM MREF (formerly TRIRIGA) solutions.

Participate in TRIRIGA 11.x to MAS 8.x+ upgrade, migration, and modernization activities.

Develop and customize workflows, forms, reports, integrations, and business objects.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Perform application troubleshooting, performance tuning, testing, and deployment.

Explore and implement GenAI and Agentic AI use cases for workplace, facilities, and real estate processes.

Key skills required

3–6 years of experience in IBM TRIRIGA / IBM MREF.

Hands-on experience with TRIRIGA 11.x to MAS 8.x+ upgrade projects.

Strong programming skills in Java, Python, SQL, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

Experience with integrations, workflows, data migration, and security configuration.

Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or IBM watsonx.

Good understanding of Facilities, Space, Lease, and Real Estate Management processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
