Qualifications

Required:

3-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Data Management project implementation

1-3 years of experience implementing Structured Query Language (SQL) and data warehousing solutions

Experience leading Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Experience managing backlog refinement, user story preparation, and Scrum artifacts

Experience removing impediments to team progress and driving continuous improvement within Agile teams

Experience using Jira and Agile tools for tracking and reporting

Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university

Preferred:

Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models

Experience participating in client meetings and stakeholder interactions

Experience applying Agile frameworks beyond Scrum, including Crystal and Extreme Programming
