Your work profile

As a SAFe Scrum Master, you will work closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), development teams, and business stakeholders to facilitate Agile delivery and drive enterprise-scale Agile transformation initiatives.

Key skills required: 

3-9 years of overall experience in Agile environments

Proven experience working as a SAFe Scrum Master experience

Experience in Agile transformation and scaling frameworks

Prior experience in technical roles such as software development or DevOps preferred

Experience delivering Data Analytics projects is highly advantageous

Experience:

3+ years

Languages:

Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell) for automation.

Technologies:

Strong understanding of SAFe framework and Agile principles

Hands-on experience with Scrum and scaled Agile delivery

Knowledge of SDLC and technical project management

Agile coaching and stakeholder management skills

Experience in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Inspect & Adapt sessions

Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities

Understanding of ETL, Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and reporting fundamentals

Education

Any Degree, Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, MBA, MCA.
