- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance automation architecture.

- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Architecture.

- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.

- Experience with system integration and application configuration to support business processes.

- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in automation.

- Skilled in collaborating across teams to ensure cohesive architecture and implementation.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Automation Architecture.

- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
