Your work profile
Lead end-to-end Oracle transformation programs, including Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and managed services.
Build and manage executive-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
Drive business development initiatives, including solution design, proposal development, RFP responses, deal shaping, and pre-sales support.
Oversee program governance, delivery management, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and successful execution of large Oracle engagements.
Mentor and lead high-performing Oracle consulting teams, fostering delivery excellence and capability development.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams across Oracle Finance, Supply Chain, and ERP domains to deliver integrated business solutions.
Ensure successful implementation and optimization of core ERP business processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R), aligned with industry best practices.
Support strategic planning, practice growth, and capability building within the Oracle consulting practice.
Key skills required
15+ years of Oracle consulting experience with extensive expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud Applications.
Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle transformation and implementation programs across EBS and Cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain business processes, with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
Demonstrated experience in program management, delivery governance, risk management, and quality assurance for complex Oracle engagements.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive client engagement skills with experience managing steering committees and governance forums.
Proven ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing Oracle consulting teams.
Demonstrated experience in business development, solutioning, proposal management, RFP responses, and growth initiatives.
Experience working in a Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting environment and managing global delivery models is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills with a strong delivery and growth mindset.
