Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions aligned with organizational objectives

Configure and support SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules based on business requirements

Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and support projects

Analyze business processes, prepare functional specifications, support testing activities, and provide post-go-live support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules

Conduct user training sessions and prepare functional documentation as required

Key skills required

Strong experience in SAP FICO configuration and support

 Hands-on experience in General Ledger (G/L), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cash Management, Tax Configuration, and Credit Management

Expertise in Controlling functionalities including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Product Cost Controlling (PC)

 Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support engagements

 Strong understanding of financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting, costing, and financial reporting processes

Experience in integration with SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, PS, and HR

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance functionalities and migration activities is preferred

Ability to prepare functional specifications and support development, testing, and deployment activities

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to provide business-focused solutions.

Education

Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
