Your work profile

SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant – Manufacturing (PP/PPDS/QM) with around 10 years of SAP consulting experience

Participate in core template design, build, validation, rollout, implementation, and support projects across SAP Manufacturing solutions

Lead and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing (Production Planning) implementations, including Fiori applications and customization

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, conduct testing, support go-live activities, and transition to application maintenance

Provide functional expertise and guidance to development and integration teams on SAP S/4HANA Production Planning solutions.

Key skills required

Around 10 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP PP, PPDS, and QM modules

Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects as SAP manufacturing/Production Planning Consultant

Hands-on experience in Embedded PPDS configuration and implementation within SAP S/4HANA

Strong experience in configuring PPDS solutions for Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) business scenarios, including PPDS Optimizer

Experience in PPDS master data management and reconciliation activities

Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA logistics processes, Business Partner (BP) approach, CVI, enterprise master data, and HANA data model changes

Strong knowledge of MRP Live, Demand-Driven MRP (DDMRP), Advanced ATP (aATP), Backorder Processing (BOP), Inventory Simplification, and Procurement innovations in S/4HANA

Experience with SAP Fiori applications and related configuration

Hands-on experience in QM process design, configuration, and integration with Production Planning

Knowledge of Purchasing and Procurement processes is preferred

Experience working with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models is preferred

Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and production operations

Excellent communication, problem-solving, training, and documentation skills

Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Education

Graduate degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori certifications are preferred

Additional certifications in SAP PP, PPDS, or QM modules will be an added advantage.
