Your work profile

We are seeking a Senior Digital Twin & Omniverse Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in NVIDIA Omniverse and industrial robotics simulation to support large‑scale digital manufacturing initiatives.The role focuses on designing, developing, and integrating industrial Digital Twin platforms for manufacturing environments, leveraging Omniverse, Isaac Sim, robotics middleware, and Physical AI capabilities.  

Key Responsibilities-      

Design and develop industrial‑grade Digital Twin and simulation solutions using NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, USD, and RTX pipelines.    

Integrate robotics systems, sensors, and industrial control architectures into high‑fidelity simulation environments.·      

Integration of PLC, SCADA, HMI data to Digital Twins·      

Experience integrating FlexSIM/Tecnomatix/Ansys/Amesim simulation platforms·     

Implement and validate Sim2Real workflows to bridge simulated robotics behaviour with physical deployment.·      

Experience integration either one of the platforms Azure Digital Twins, AWS Twin Maker, Bentley iTwin, iTwin.Js ·      

Develop Python and C++ based components for simulation logic, performance optimization, and systems integration.·      

Collaborate with AI, robotics, and manufacturing stakeholders to enable Physical AI use cases, including perception, autonomy, and synthetic data generation.·      

Support end‑to‑end delivery, including requirements understanding, technical troubleshooting, documentation, and client communication.

Key skills required

3+ years with Masters or Bachelors Degree in Computers, Electronics, Robotics EngineeringStrong hands‑on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, USD (Universal Scene Description), RTX rendering pipelines, Isaac Sim, and ROS / ROS 2 for industrial and robotics simulations.

Proven experience contributing to Digital Twin platforms for manufacturing, robotics, or industrial environments, including simulation‑driven validation and integration.Advanced proficiency in Python and C++, with hands‑on experience in performance tuning, simulation systems, and systems‑level optimization.Solid understanding of robotics fundamentals, industrial automation, control architectures, and real‑world system constraints.Exposure to Physical AI, including Modulus, Generative AI, and AI/ML workflows applied within simulation or industrial contexts.Experience integrating 3D content and CAD pipelines (Blender, Maya, Unity or equivalent), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for GPU‑enabled workloads, along with working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud‑native design, and strong client‑facing communication skills.Smart City Digital Twin experience is a plus.
