CQR Expert – Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Location :- Chennai/Bangalore/Coimbatore

Experience :- 6+ years

As a CQR Expert – Supply Chain Management (SCM), you will be responsible for leading compliance, quality, risk, and governance initiatives across supply chain operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish robust quality frameworks, ensure regulatory adherence, drive supplier quality programs, and support strategic transformation initiatives that enhance supply chain performance and resilience.

Stakeholder Management

Your Profile:

10-16 years of experience in Supply Chain Quality, Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or Governance functions.

Strong understanding of supply chain operations, supplier quality management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), CAPA, audit management, and risk assessment methodologies.

Knowledge of supplier qualification, vendor compliance programs, and supply chain governance practices.

Familiarity with ERP, SCM, procurement, and compliance technology platforms.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience supporting ESG, sustainability, responsible sourcing, or supplier compliance initiatives is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Relevant certifications in Quality, Supply Chain, Compliance, Risk, or Audit management would be advantageous.
