The team

The Enabling Areas – Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte South Asia that focuses on providing employee experience.

Your work profile

Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.

Build efficient, scalable, and secure backend services and components.

Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers; perform indexing and query optimization in SQL Server.

Work with Entity Framework, LINQ, and ADO.NET for data access and ORM operations.

Develop responsive and user‑friendly UI components using React along with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

Collaborate with team members using Git/ADO repositories for version control and branch management.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, optimization, and adherence to best practices.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical implementations.

Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.

Skills required 

Full stack experienced developer having strong technical skills. Good in managing stakeholder communication.

Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core.

Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, including T-SQL, indexing, and query optimization.

Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and ADO.NET.

Experience working in React with good knowledge in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Experience developing RESTful APIs.

Proficient in working with version control system (Git/ADO repo).

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Good to have experience on agile processes.

Good to have experience in Azure cloud.

Experience required, Any Specific Industry / Company exposure:

8+ years of experience in full stack development

Desired qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
