Salesforce DevOps Engineer (5+ Years Experience)

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Manage and automate Salesforce release and deployment processes across environments.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.

Implement version control and branching strategies using Git.

Support Salesforce development teams with deployment, environment management, and release activities.

Perform code quality checks, automated testing, and deployment validations.

Troubleshoot deployment and configuration issues.

Required Skills

5+ years of Salesforce and DevOps experience.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce DX (SFDX).

Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Copado.

Knowledge of Salesforce metadata, packaging, and deployment processes.

Experience in release management and environment strategy.

Familiarity with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce platform architecture.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or Flosum.

Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and code quality tools.

Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer Certification.

Agentforce deployment and release management experience is a plus.
