Your work profile

 Key Responsibilities

Experience: 2-3 years in Retail POS & ASP.NET/.NET development

Domain: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, Retail SDK, POS systems

System Implementation

Install, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail POS (MPOS/CPOS).

Integrate POS with ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.

Customization & Development

Develop extensions using ASP.NET, C#, typescript, SQL and Commerce SDK.

Migrate Retail SDK to Commerce SDK.

Support & Maintenance

Provide L2/L3 technical support for POS systems.

Perform upgrades, patches, and database optimization.

Training & Documentation

Conduct user training sessions.

Create technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and performance reports. 

Key skills required

Education: Any Graduate 

Technical Skills:

Strong ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, MPOS/CPOS.

Knowledge of Azure DevOps, REST APIs, and payment connector customization.

Domain Knowledge: Retail operations (inventory, billing, promotions, CRM).

Soft Skills: Client communication, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration.
