• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Build and enhance dynamic, responsive UI components using Angular, integrating seamlessly with backend APIs.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange between frontend and backend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product,DevOps) to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver features end-to-end.
• Write clean, testable code; perform code reviews; and enforce best practices for coding standards and architecture.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
• Optimize application performance across layers (API latency, UI rendering, database interactions) and improve overall system stability.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery commitments in an Agile environment.
• B.Tech (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in Java.
• Working experience with Angular and building modern web application interfaces.
• Strong understanding of API development/integration and common web application patterns.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices (code reviews, branching strategies).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Spring Boot and building modular, production-grade Java applications.
• Familiarity with microservices concepts, service communication patterns, and API lifecycle management.
• Strong testing mindset with exposure to unit/integration testing frameworks and CI-friendly test practices.
• Experience improving UI performance and usability, including state management and reusable component design in Angular.
• Proven ability to mentor junior developers, drive code quality initiatives, and contribute to architectural decisions.
