Your work profile
The role will contribute to global sourcing excellence by managing end-to-end RFx lifecycle activities, improving supplier engagement, ensuring governance, compliance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across procurement functions.
Manage requirement intake and scope discussions with business stakeholders
Drive stakeholder alignment on sourcing objectives, timelines, and evaluation criteria
Conduct market intelligence gathering to support sourcing strategies and supplier positioning
Support supplier longlisting and shortlisting based on category strategy and risk considerations
Provide inputs into sourcing strategy (global vs local sourcing, single vs multi-supplier, etc.)
Define evaluation frameworks (technical and commercial criteria) aligned to sourcing goals
Manage documentation governance including NDA execution and compliance requirements
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, standard templates, and contracting guidelines
Design and execute structured supplier outreach strategies for sourcing programs, supplier scouting, and RFx execution
Develop standardized outreach templates, communication protocols, and playbooks
Ensure comprehensive supplier coverage across categories, regions, and program requirements
Partner with category and sourcing teams to align outreach strategy
Support execution of high-volume outreach campaigns with consistency and quality
Monitor outreach progress, follow-ups, and supplier response timelines
Act as the single point of contact for bidder interactions during RFP lifecycle
Manage supplier queries and clarifications in a structured and transparent manner
Track bid submissions, completeness, compliance checks, and timelines adherence
Coordinate addendum/corrigendum issuance where required
Support commercial bid analysis and benchmarking
Consolidate technical evaluations from cross-functional stakeholders
Perform TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and cost modeling analysis
Prepare award recommendation documentation and business case summaries
Ensure audit trail, documentation integrity, and compliance with governance standards
Manage and maintain contract clause libraries and standard templates
Drive template standardization across categories and BUs
Maintain version control and audit-ready documentation
Track and manage contractual deviations and approvals
Ensure alignment with legal, compliance, and risk frameworks
Ensure RFP processes comply with global procurement policies and regulatory requirements (MedTech compliance standards)
Provide visibility into bottlenecks, delays, and response gaps across outreach programs
Identify and flag process deviations, risks, and compliance gaps
Maintain RFP pipeline tracking, cycle time metrics, and SLA adherence
Develop and publish dashboards on RFP performance metrics (cycle time, participation rates, savings, etc.)
Enable data-driven insights to improve sourcing efficiency and effectiveness
Leverage digital procurement tools and automation (Ariba, Coupa, AI-driven sourcing tools)
Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
Support implementation of touchless RFx execution and guided sourcing workflows
Identify opportunities to reduce cycle time, improve supplier experience, and enhance compliance
Key skills required
Global Pharmaceutical, MedTech, or Consumer Goods (FMCG/CPG) organizations
Exposure to multi-BU / global operating models
Understanding of RFx management, approval workflows, and compliance frameworks
Preferred exposure to Globality and Keelvar
ERP systems: Any among SAP, Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, Ivalua
Analytics tools: Excel, Power BI, Tableau
4–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or RFx execution
Strong exposure to global procurement environments (MedTech, Pharma, FMCG/CPG preferred)
Proven experience in RFQ/RFP lifecycle management and sourcing tools; S2C and Strategic Sourcing process knowledge
Experience in multi-BU/global operating models and CoE structures
Advanced knowledge /subject matter expertise of Procurement processes and applications
Proven stakeholder management and coordination skills
Experience working across global stakeholders, multiple BUs, and cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Procurement)
Automation: Basic familiarity with automation / AI-enabled contract analysis tools
Exposure to workflow automation tools and digital reporting
Bachelor’s degree (B. Com / BBA / BMS or equivalent)
MBA / master’s degree (preferred)
Certification in Procurement/Sourcing (CIPS, CPSM – good to have)
