Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional objectives. This position also involves defining and monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate testing effectiveness, managing test execution, and facilitating timely resolution of defects, all while fostering collaboration across teams to maintain consistent quality outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to project standards.

- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align quality objectives with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA.

- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies applicable to software development lifecycles.

- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies that cover functional and non-functional requirements.

- Ability to define, track, and analyze key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.

- Skilled in defect management processes, including identification, tracking, and resolution.

- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA.

- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
