Your work profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO professional to support project governance, reporting, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Excel, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently manage PMO responsibilities across multiple projects.

Manage and track project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules

Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and MIS using Excel

Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather updates and ensure smooth project execution

Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and ensure timely escalation

Facilitate governance meetings, prepare MOMs, and track action items

Ensure compliance with organizational processes and PMO standards

Support resource planning, utilization tracking, and reporting

Maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.)

Proven experience in stakeholder and people management

Ability to handle end-to-end PMO activities independently

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines

Prior experience in a PMO or project coordination role

Exposure to project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar)

Understanding of project lifecycle and governance frameworks
