Your work profile

We are seeking an experienced and strategic PMO Lead to drive project governance, standardization, and execution excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project/program management, stakeholder alignment, and process optimization, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of business initiatives.

- Establish and manage PMO frameworks, Financial, governance models, and best practices

- Budget Planning: Lead annual budget building and periodic re-forecasting for project portfolios.

- Build executive dashboards showing costs, margins, and resource utilization.

- Ensure projects follow financial rules and maintain clear audit trails.

- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management (initiation to closure)

- Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools

- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives

- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

- Lead portfolio management, prioritization, and resource planning

- Facilitate executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication

- Standardize processes for project tracking, documentation, and compliance

- Mentor project managers and build high-performing teams

Key skills required

- 3–12 years of experience in PMO / Project / Program Management

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

- Hands-on experience with tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Experience in risk management, budgeting, and forecasting

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects

Education Qualifications

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications

- Experience in IT, consulting, or product-based organizations

- Exposure to digital transformation or enterprise-wide programs

- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree
