Summary- 

An aspirant transport planner with strong analytical and research skills and hands-on academic

experience in integrated transport systems, demand analysis, and strategic mobility planning.

Detail-oriented and results-driven, with an interest in sustainable mobility encompassing

accessibility, equity, efficiency, and environmental performance. Eager to contribute to

multidisciplinary consultancy projects delivering inclusive and impactful urban transport solutions

Work you’ll do- Responsibilities

The primary role of a Consultant is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, Transport and Mobility Consultant must perform the following activities:

·      Project Delivery: Understanding client requirements, project scope and deliverable requirements; Supporting client meetings and development of deliverables; following Assess-Design-Develop-Deliver-Monitor process in various work modules of the project; supporting in project management and coordination etc. 

·      Research: Sector research, opportunity tracking, client presentation preparation, client requirement analysis, EoI/ proposal/ concept note preparation etc.

·      Practice Development: Support learning and development initiatives for the team/project/organization.

·      Thought Leadership: Research, analysis and delivery of thought leadership reports (global and domestic) with guidance from senior team professionals

Skills Required

·      0-3 Yrs, Govt or donor agency in transport/ mobility.

·      A strong and demonstrated interest in consulting and/or advisory client service;

·      Prior consulting / advisory experience in transport sector will be preferred

·      Comfortable interacting and working closely with Government and Donor Agencies

·      Understanding of transport and mobility structures and relevant policies is desirable

·      Prior experience in managing client deliverable;

·      Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework;

·      Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;

·      Research, analysis, and problem-solving capabilities

·      Report writing, data management (qualitative & quantitative) and PowerPoint development skills

·      Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently;

·      Adaptability to travel and change

 Arc GIS & GIS Pro, Q GIS, Open Paths Emme, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe

InDesign, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Revit, R Studio, Vissium(basics)

Qualifications

·      Post-Graduation: Master’s in Business Administration Or Master’s in Planning from a reputed institute or any equivalent degree etc.  

·      Graduation: Any

·      Should have relevant experience of 0-3 years.
